SOUND part 2

Today is the day when we added the sound to the first part of the opening sequence. Veronika already added the shots together , they look pretty good with the continuity and my part is to add the sound to it before we start changing colours and adding more stuff to it.

I decided to add some sad instrumental song at the beginning of the shots when the girl appears and she looks all messy coming from the party. We want to transmit drama to the audience by using the song and the bad appearance of the girl.

We also wanted to add a suspicious song when the guy comes up behind her so the audience would understand that something bad is going to happen to the girl that already seems vulnerable because of the look that she has.
So I gave it a try and I found a perfect piano song , I have made some changes with it so when the guy comes up the song changes along with the audience´s mood. I realise that the shot between the girl disappearing of the screen until the boy appears is too long , so to make it look a little more professional I cut the shot a little in between. The sound that appears is a mix between suspicious and person following. I have also added a heart beat when we close up a little more to the girl´s face so the audience can see that she is not looking healthy or happy , straight after that ,we see the blurry P.V which I think is a good method to transmit the drug effects to the audience by her look , vision, and heart beat.The heart beat accelerates along with the movement of the guy getting closer to the girl so the audience´s heart beat would change along to it and creates more tension but it stops when he grabs her and the scene finishes , in my opinion I made this because I think will bring intrigue to the audience so they would like to keep watching the production. To find the heart beat I used the programe Logic-Pro and to find the introduction song I have researched different web sites with piano songs and find one that is free copyright , I have also used Logic-pro to add the suspicious song with the piano song which I think is amazing , I am very happy of learning new things by experimenting with Logic-pro . I have asked some people including Veronika of what they think about the introduction song and all of them liked it even more when they watch it along with the video.
I also had the idea of adding some song at the end of our production , in the second part because in my opinion it did not brings any tension when she gets the drugs , so I have decided to add the suspicious song that I already used when the guy comes up following her. I have showed it to Veronika and she thinks it is better now , it attached better the both parts.

editing titles

Hello everybody it is very difficult for us to use original ideas for the titles because we don´t have that many possibilities 

It would make the opening too exaggerated, so in our opinion it is much better to use simple

titles m I had the idea of adding the ´´Unique Products presents´´ in the water as a shadow

and with simple font because it would look a little more original and at the same time simple 

Veronika suggested to put produced by quickly coming on the screen each second becoming bigger 

fonts ,at the end we will add our both names. We both added the titles because we were quite struggling in this.

All are simple with Arial font and white colour, because we want to transmit drama to the audience

and there is no need of exaggerating titles.

editing part 4

Veronika and me have discussed and planned carefully the editing , we have also experimented with the shots that we already got for the second part of the opening sequence. This time, as we already said in older posts, we want to make it look sad I am the responsible with the sound and Veronika is the one that already putted all the shots together, in my opinion I think she did a very good job because we do not have any problem with the continuity , it works very well. The only bad is that i think we should of film more shots to have even more variety but is too late to apply them to our production, but it good to know that if I would do it make better. Veronika and me decided to change the colour of the additional shots because we want to compare it the bright shots that we already have edited and give straight away the dramatic feeling to the audience and to also differentiate the different moods that each part has to produce. Using brightness and contrast in all the shots with less brightness and with more contrast. Veronika also changed the colours adding to it. Veronika also changed the colours , adding them more blue so the weather looks worse and darker which we think it would bring more tension. The girl looks even more vulnerable. We also had the idea of using video transitions , in some of the shots , the one that we used was cross dissolve to make the scene of the girl walking in a shorter time but dramatic. Veronika had the brilliant idea of slowing down one of the shots were she was steeping on the water in the street without shoes , is a good idea to shock the audience a bit more.

We also had the idea of blurry point of view , so veronika made the point of view shot of the girl blurry , I have also made some improvements changing the colours and making them more colourfull because would transmit a better idea of use of drugs and transmit straight away the danger to the audience , because one of the important things that we want to make is to show the consequences to young and adult people so they are aware of what could happen.

Filming - 1st part of the opening

Good morning everyone

This last Sunday morning we , finally , filmed our 1st part of the opening sequence.
We started the preparation at 5 a.m , double checked the storyboard so I know exactly the shots that I had to film and if they were the right ones for the feelings that we wanted to transmit to the audience and also for Veronika to know how to act. We had to calculate and had everything ready because at 6:30 a.m to 7:30 a.m the sun rises very fast and we wanted to film with the same light of the morning because like this we can transmit the impression of coming after the party. Another reason why we wanted to exceptionally do it at that time it was because there would not be people disturbing at that time and we could of have more freedom to use the places that we wanted to use , that usually there are many people during the day in there.
We did not have any problem with the weather , which is very surprising because it was raining before and after we started filming , I guess we had so much luck . Rain would not be a big problem we can always protect the camera with umbrella but would be harder to film and would of take us longer to finish before the sun rises and the light changes.
There were 2 people helping us with the preparations, holding the umbrellas and me with the tri-pod and I personally would like to thank them for all their help and their effort. 2 other people acting, Veronika and Daniel , the rapist. They did a very serious and good job , we did not have any distraction.
While we were filming we had to make some changes in the storyboard because we realised that some other shots produce a much better effect and transmits better tension to the audience ( I will soon upload the changes that we made and explain why with more details)

EDITING PART 3

We have decided to make some changes in the editing of our second part of the opening scene.
We are nearly finished with this part , we filmed it and edit it , but we still have to film and edit the first part which is the most important and will take longer. The second part is already taking too long of the time , 1 minute and 16 seconds , and the only thing that is happening is girl taking ready to go party , which is taking too long and appearing to be boring, and the part where the main character shows the drugs to her friend. After analysing everything we decided to cut some of the shots and also make them shorter in the part that she is getting ready.
After the changes we asked some of our colleagues to give us their opinion and it seemed to be quicker and less boring.
We have now the first part of our opening sequence so we can start editing it tomorrow.

Me and Veronika decided to use our own logo with this universal picture at the background because we think we will give a better universal impression to the audience.
Unique production around the world and the universe. Like this we want to transmit whatever the audience wants to watch.
The picture that is on the top is the first screen shot that we done yesterday but after I had the idea to add another picture because I seen it to simple and it end up like this

The colour and the font of unique productions goes with the colour of the image of the world and universe.

research on sound

Veronika and me decided that I will be the one that will take more part in the sound so I made some research on sound for our opening.

The sound is very important in a movie because is the one that along with the filming and editing transmits different feelings to the audience. We want to transmit a dramatic effect, to identify our genre which is drama,and we already know that in the first part we will use Veronika´s voice at the background saying very deep thought while the girl is walking alone. We want to do this because we think that will show that she knows she is on danger and is like she cannot do anything to change that fact just regreting it, in our opinion this will transmit her emotions and straight away will also transmit a idea of the genre to the audience. At the background we want something very sentimental and dramatic like a sad song , maybe using piano as the main instrument would be perfect because it always gives  a dramatic feeling , there are many types of dramatic songs but we cannot use a very hard deep one because that will ruin and exagerate in our opinion the scene. Now I would also like to find a intensive song that will transmit tension when we show that the guy will do something bad to the girl,so along with the sound we produce tension to the audience, so I been searching for examples and I found this song

and this is the research for the first part of the opening , for the second part we already had one sound and I am still working on it creating a more party song.

group meeting

Today me , Veronika and all the actors met to have a discussion about the production.
We wanted all of them to help us with their opinions and improvements for our idea.
We showed them what we have so far which is the second part of the opening scene filming done and some editing and sound , we made clear that we have to change the sound so I have to do many researches on that  and try to find the right one because the actual one as we already discussed with one of our colleagues is not for a going out party that will transmit the feelings of the moment that the girl is getting ready. I also told them my idea of adding titles in the second part because is the time where nothing important is happening , just showing a girl getting ready ( perfect time for imaginative titles), and most of them liked this idea , so me and Veronika will do some sample to see if it looks nice.
We have discussed about the first part which we did not start filming yet , locations , mice-en-scene , and we showed them the storyboard . All of them particularly liked our ideas and they also added some new ideas in the shots . This might mean that we will have to change some of the shots while we filming so we will maybe change a bit our second storyboard. Veronika gave a very good idea of adding a point of view of the girl and add some editing to shot to the audience that she is still on drug effects. The actor that takes part in the opening as the rapist gave us another idea of showing to the very beginning to the audience that she is on danger while she is walking , we had this idea before but not the way that he was explaining which me and Veronika liked very much.

I would like to thank Veronika for having this great idea for the meeting , it was very helpful.

research 1st part opening

I would like to do more research for our first part of the opening where at the end of the scene a unknown guy will take the girl and the scene finishes there , what we pretend to do with this is to give to the audience intrigue and tension, we also want to make the audience feel like the want to finish the movie and see what is going to happen, the feeling of up and down in the audience , that gives them a lot of tension and stops calming hem but with the intrigue still there so they keep watching the whole production. I was thinking to make some research  in some scenes of movies and look at the shots and editing to have a better idea before we start filming.
I will watch some recommendations that I found in Internet this weekend so I can take more examples of the movies.

location for the first part of the opening

I would like to discuss the location for the filming for the first part of the opening. Me and Veronika were discussing the locations that would be perfect in London.

The first place that we were thinking to use in the night was Camden Town , which has many clubs and in the night is very dangerous if you go in places that you should not go. This place is also close to the place where I am staying and would be easier to go at 5 o'clock in the morning when the sun appears and there is no many people outside mostly just drunk people. Would be very good to do it in a Saturday night or Friday night so we know that we don´t have school next day. 

this is a picture to show the place. I would also take more pictures of some streets in Camden that I will see are appropriate and very scary for a teenager to go in the middle of the night.

I also did a research asking people that I know and friends of my friends to know about other dangerous places in London. 

The results were:

-Uxbridge: There are some clubs where people go to party and is not recommendable for many people to go alone. There are some dangerous people , and some other persons had a bad experience after party. It is very important to make it as real as possible and for that we actually need a place full of danger. ( We will take care of ourselves)

-Neasden:  Some of the people that I personally asked said that this place is full of danger. It is not good to go in the night alone for nobody.

Places near Neasden are not recommendable as well.

Some other people answered with no answer , just affirming that all the places in the night are dangerous if for a teenager coming out from a party without much awareness. More if you go in places that are not seem for people. 

This is how many people disappear or get hurt in a big city like London , and is also good to be aware.

I will soon upload more pictures of some locations in Camden that me and mu colleague will see that would be perfect and I will also need your help to decide which place will be the perfect one.

new ideas for our second part of the opening sequence

Hello there , I had discussed this idea with my colleague Veronika but we did not really discuss it very deep.

I had this idea of adding the titles while the girl is getting ready in the second part of our opening , We been asking people what they think so far and some of them said that is too long  and boring watching 20 seconds of a girl getting ready , of course they did not see the difference that we want to make from the first part to the second part because our first part filming is not finished and prepared.. But I thought that would be even nicer if we add the titles while this is happening. Is a way of introducing the audience with the real character when she is not on drugs and appreciating this time like a pause to introduce ourselves to the audience , will look very nice in the introduction and useful. I will coment it with Veronika to see for sure what she thinks.

analysis of the first part of the opening scene

I decided to do a 5 step analysis of the first part of our opening scene , so I have a better idea when we finish our filming of how to edit it to make it nicer to transmit it to the audience the feeling of a drugs and alcohol , the danger for teenager of a wild night . A young teenager coming home , with hallucinations and mentally not able to differentiate what is good and bad , in the morning where other bad people are waiting for this kind of situations to happen and take part of it. We will show this while we filming and at the end we show how the rapist comes and holds her. We know that the scene will finish when this happens and she will seem very scared. 

I made some analysis to be more prepared for the editing and when it comes to add the sound . I really want to attract the audience by making them feel what we want to transmit. 

FEEDBACK

I was not sure if the sound is the appropriate one for the scene that we already filmed. The scene shows the girl getting ready for a party, with the first scene audience is going to realise that she is going to end up bad and that she had a hard party where she passed the limits . The sound that I chose is very calm and peaceful , it has a heartbeat but is still too calm. According to the fact that me and Veronika are not sure if the sound is the perfect one we decided to show what we already done to some of our colleague to know her opinion. Her opinion was not positive , she did not like the sound that we chose . It was quite disappointed for us but we accepted her opinion. She was not agree with the peaceful song even though we explained her that is to show the different changed in the mood from the first scene , she said that as a audience and a girl that is getting ready she would not like to listen to this song and that will not attract audience as we thought it will . I accept her opinion and Veronika as well , so we will make some changes and try to make a more exciting sound.

Title for our opening

Today we finally decided the name of our opening scene.
We made a questionnaire in previous posts that helped us a lot with people's feedback.
The ideas came in our minds thinking in what the movie is about and how is the name going to attract the audience by making them have a little idea. After researching our target audience we know what kind of audience we want to attract which are mostly teenagers. This is a good thing that influenced the name of our film.
The final name is going to be called ''FALLING APART'' which goes with the plot of the film because as you already know if you followed our idea for the opening scene its more of a question of what is going to happen in the movie without watching the movie , which makes the audience more attracted. There are many reasons why we wanted to choose this title, It gives a dramatic impression, it also gives a impression of change , change to bad , like our main character in the opening.The word ''FALLING'' already indicates pain and the word ''APPART'' indicates isolated or marginality that has a lot to do with the use of dangerous drugs that teenagers are very easily exposed to. We also liked the title ''THE CONSEQUENCES'' which is one of the names that we were thinking to choose. This name gives an idea of following which is related to drugs and the girl that is taking it. Being a teenager is related as well because is less able to control themselves and more able to follow another people of their age that are not doing any good. But we still think that the title that we already chose is less clear with the idea of consumption of drugs in the movie but it has a lot to do with it and the dramatic story of a teenager that gets very affected.

storyboard 2

Today me and Veronika finished the second storyboard which is the one for the first scene of the opening scene , we were not sure what shots to add to the second part of the opening , but today we had a long discussion of what shots and editing will be nice to attract our audience, so that is why we took that long , the next step is filming which I am looking forward for the next week. The storyboard includes the girl walking in the street after she is coming from some party , she doesn't look good , something is going on with the girl , she passed the limits in the party.

editing part 2

Today we decided to add the sound and also edit some of the bits that we did not finish .

Veronika and me looked at what was not good and she changed it into something that was better. We  needed to change the colours and make them brighter because the clips still do not look bright enough , so Veronika changed them and made them brighter , she also experimented some other bits of the editor to find something that may be useful for us.

 We done it because this will bring more positive effects to the audience.

this is a picture of a cross-dissolve effect that we decided to use to transmit a faster effect that flows and shows many shots in a shorter time. 

My part was the sound , while Veronika was editing , I was making a sound that will go with the scenes. I used Logic pro to create this.
When I showed the sound to veronika she liked it so we gave it a try , I added the sound to premier pro and we added it with the clips. We liked it but we still need to make some improvements for example when we want to cut the sound I would not like as a audience to cut it straight away when the scene is changing , is much better if I disolve it somehow or I make it from louder to more quite so we don't cut it straight away. I also want to add that I am looking for a sound that will go with the first scene of the opening scene which has to be very dramatic.

editing part 1

Today me and Veronika started the editing , we do not want to waist any time waiting for the next day of filming so we edit what we already have so we can know that the shots are good filmed and when we add them together transmit a feeling of continuity. Me and Veronika decided that I am the one who films and we both edit , but she will take more part in the editing , she added the shots together and we both looked at the editing that we can add , like different colours , brightness , contrast she was the one that added everything and I was just giving my opinion, She will experiment that the next day of editing we now have to concentrate in to adding the shots together and look if any clip is not good , or if we have to re film it .

After that we decided to add at the end of each shot a dissolves , in my opinion it looks very nice , because what we want to transmit is a moment where the girl is getting ready , but in like her own world , we planning to add sound during all this shots to emphasis the difference between the first scene in which everything will be very grey dark and sad , and the bright which is the one that we filmed and edited , not completed yet.

we still need to improve some of the shots and we also need to add the sound , which will be me who will add it , and Veronica will hep me to choose the right one.

I would like to show you a clip that i was practicing with , before we started editing , in which I  played with some brightness and contrast , and different colour to make it brighter so we know how would our scene look like .
In my opinion is too bright so we need to reduce it , and the contrast as well. I also played with the sound , I wanted to add the sound and at the same time hear my voice at the background which is what we are planning to do in the first scene of our opening scene.

First day of filming

Our second part of the opening is filmed !!! 

It was a very hard day but the filing was successfully done. I filmed most of it because Veronika is the one that acts in the opening scene , she helped me with the ideas and some of the shots , giving me advices.

We arrived in our friends house and we straight away started. I fixed the camera and left everything ready to film while Veronika was getting ready to act. Our friend is the one who we chose to act in our video as the girl's best friend , she was very nice providing us food and drinks while we were filming.

We had some problems with the space of the room which did not really allowed us to film from different angles so we have different perspectives to make it more real, but we made the impossible. We actually done some sport changing the tripod in different sizes and climbing to the bed , on chairs that were not allowing us to be comfortable filming. We had to repeat some of the shots to make the lights similar even though was kind difficult but that was not a big problem knowing that we can change it with the editor, we also had to repeat some of them because of the acting that was not realistic sometimes , we were also lucky because the girl had a computer where we could of check if the scenes were shacking so we do not have to repeat the filming again because that would mean film everything again and we would of spent a day with no worth.It was very helpful to have the storyboard and the script with us , which made the filming easier. 

After 3 hours of filming we finished.

Hey there ! 

Now that we are finished with the research , script , storyboard , target audience and the rest of the planning we are ready to start planning and have everything ready for the filming.

We met up at Marble arch station to go to the shops and buy everything we needed to make the mice-en-scene perfect. We bought a dress and a red lipstick to start with and during the day we were planning how , where and when to start filming.

Before that day we already decided to go to our friend's house because of her room to start filming the last part of the opening scene because it is easier for us to have that part done. Her room is pink and very girly so thats why we thought would be perfect for the scene.

I hope everything is going to be okay and we do not have any problems with the camera like other times happened. We will let you know how the filming was the day after tomorrow.

Location for the second part of the opening scene

As you already know we want to start filming the second part of our opening .

The first part is more difficult because is outside and it has to be in the dark and no people so we can film some ideas that we have more realistic. The second part is in a room so the only thing that we had to do is find a ideal room because it will contrast the mood of the different places , it will also provide information , with the mice-en-scene will introduce the audience to a new location changing time as well , it will also give some information of the protagonist. 

It must show that is a girl´s teenager room , so stereotypically it has to be pink and with a lot of girly things like perfumes, pictures , clothes and that because it has to identify our main character, this mice-en-scene will directly give to the audience an idea of her personality (easy going , cares about others thinks , fashionable ...etc) The reason why we want this kind of girl is because very easily we can compare her with other teenagers that cares a lot about what fashionable people think and they do not care how bad the effects are going to produce to them.

Is easier for us to transmit like this to the audience the age of the characters and the personality

Today we been asking many of our girl friends for a location with this characteristics , one of our friends has a room like that and offered to help us. We will visit it today to see what more things we have to buy or get to have a good mice-en-scene.

This is the day that we decided what actors are we using for our opening.
It was very hard to decide from all the actors that came in the auditions day , all of them were very good and I appreciate the effort that everyone had. From the very beginning we knew that Veronika my colleague is going to be the main character which is the teenager girl , she is a very good actor and I am sure that she will know how to act to transmit the feeling that we want for the audience.
We had to choose a rapist, which is going to appear in our first part of the opening scene, so we chose a tall , skinny , and dark hair guy to follow the stereotype of a rapist in many movies.

we also had to choose the ´´best friend´´ of the teenager , the one that will influence her , which is very commun in movies like this and in real like for teenagers to be carried away for other of their age , more influential best friends. So we chose a beatufil teenager girl with a very  impulsive personality.

The girl jumps on the bed next to her friend and they both look at the drugs (excited)

storyboard

hey there !

We will first add some pictures of the second part of the storyboard because it is easier for us to start filming that scene first and we know already what we want. This part of the opening is easier to film because of the location which is in a room , the light very difficult change and we have more time to repeat and do the same shots over and over again until we find the perfect one , but the first scene has to be done when is dark and light in a place outside and because of the weather and time the light change and it also may be raining so we have to plan it very carefully before we start filming that scene.

It is very difficult to see or read what the storyboard says but the images are more clearly 

In the first scene we see a close-up to some eyes putting make up , non-diagetic sound at the background (quite happy)

The second scene are the lips-- close up in the lips putting make up the same sound and same editing to cut to the next scene. the scenes changes when the music stops and shows that she is ready. mid-shot to the teenager saying Í am ready cut to the next shot which shows a mid-long shot of the girl saying ´´so.. How do I look´´, Cut to the next shot , mid-shot of the other teenager saying ´´omg you look stunning´´ (this language shows a teenager type of language) ,´´ cut to mid-shot of the main character saying . you like it ? , cut to mid-shot , ´´ yes , but ... we still don´t have the thing , you know ... the thing.

auditions

hello everyone !! 

We had a very funny moment today in the auditions for our production.
It was very hard for us to choose between the actors because all of them were very good.
we chose the perfect guy to be the ''baddie'' but between the girls we already knew that Veronika was the perfect one to do this performance because she has good acting skills and she knows perfectly how she has to behave to make it more sentimental and dramatic at the moment of transmiting it to the audience. 

Here are some of the pictures that we took during the auditions :

knowing that we are going to use Veronika as our main character she was the one acting and I was the one analysing the actor that came for the auditions for the role of rapist. The actor that we see in the picture was very good in his role, I liked the way he took Veronika behind her back very quiet , because we won´t show someone trying to rape her we will just show how someone holds her behind her back and we want to give this impression to the audience. His face expressions were too exaggerated and I think he was too excited . I will have to discuss  this with my colleague Veronika too.

In the next picture we see a black actor which stereotypically will be more real for the audience. He was very good acting and I liked his face expressions , what I did not like was the way that he was holding her , it was not too realistic. I will discuss with my colleague Veronika to see if she liked it

• We had another 2 actors that they did not accept appearing in pictures but I will give you some information about them . They both were white-other , quite tall , one of them was very skinny , tall , black hair and his acting was very professional , playing his role very serious and natural. The other was good as well I liked the way he was playing his role but he was not too serious for this opening scene and clearly ene though I liked his acting we do not need distractions.

And finally , this is the actress that we definitely going to use for our main production as her best friend , Veronika wanted to choose the actress for this role because she knows better what kind of best friend she would like and will feel confortable with , I liked her as well because she has the personality that we wanted from the beginning. So in the same auditions day we told her that she was the one that we chose . 

I liked her reaction she seemed very enthusiastic.

research on storyboard and script

today I decided to research on storyboard because me and Veronika decided that would be better if I make the storyboard due to she does not like to draw , and she will make the script. Veronika finished her script so it is my turn to make the storyboard and I am a bit confused so I made some research on this topic and i found this pages that were very helpful for me.

which clearly shows me a simple example of how to start my storyboard. on top is the number of the scene , after I have to draw and also a idea that i had is to write on the drawings if there is any dialogue. down the drawings i write the editing , mice-en-scene , camera shots , sound .I also had an idea of adding the time that each shot is going to take.

I was also searching in some good scripts , this is the one that i found and i really like , I will show it to my friend Veronika to see if she likes it so we can use it as an example for our script because we dont like how the one that we already have looks at the moment. I like it because is very simple and clear , so the actors can easily understand it.

PRODUCTIONS NAME

Hello everyone

We finally made a decision of how we want our production to be called . We had the idea of calling it unique from our first meeting when we talked about nearly everything but we weren't sure that the name would go with our idea. 

From the very beginning we wanted to do a unique production to impress the audience. We chose the colour blue in the word ''unique'' because it transmits a good feeling of  inspiration, sincerity and spirituality and with the font that we chose transmits more a feeling of unique , the word productions it is simpler because it has to highlight the word unique , that is the other reason that the color of the word doesn't stand out.

The names that we picked are :

-The consequences - 
things that you have to let go of for example free time when it come to studies and sacrifices that are made in order for success to happen or punishment for bad behaviour.
-Falling apart 
The name transmits a negative feeling that makes the audience understand before watching the movie that action and drama are going to appear.

-the beginning of an addiction 
This name was chosen because we thought that directly indicates what the movie is going to be about , which is drugs. But we think that transmits too much of what the movie is about , sometimes is good to transmit intrigue.

-The night
In my opinion this name is very simple and it also indicates a bit of clue of what the movie is like , but we think that this movie for a drama movie is not too indicated , including that it can be confused with a horror genre.

- the excitement of a wider imagination
This name is one of my favourites names , is quite long but it gives intrigue and also a bit of the genre of the movie , which is drama. It also goes very good with the opening which at the beggining taking drugs is very excited even knowing that is not doing any good , which all the people know.

Hi there !

1-----I been researching on my target audience using internet and asking people that I know.

2-----I also looked at some film examples for my target audience 

3-----After that I found out what my audience want and their preferences for my introduction.

First I had to research what age would be the prefect age for young people to watch this movie so we don't have any problem like censorship because we actually show drugs and the bad effects of it, so legally 15 is the age that allow teenagers to watch this movies

 Suitable only for 15 years and older. Nobody younger than 15 may see a '15' film in a cinema. Nobody younger than 15 may rent or buy a '15' rated video (these films may contain offensive or emotionally harrowing scenes or strong language and violence).

I also been asking different people with different ages to know their opinion about our idea and how excited they were about this kind of movie. After this research I realiced that not many people over 30 were that excited about this idea , which means that this kind of movie is not particullary for people over 25. This means that my target audience age would be from 15 to 25 years old.

The other part that is very important is the social class of our target audience.
Teenagers are playing a important role in this introduction because is a message that we are trying to transmit to them showing how bad are drugs and what can it do in just one night to a teenager person. We chose a teenager to play the main role because is a vulnerable age where they can easily get addicted to it. The social class can be middle class and possibly also working class because of the vocabulary and mise-en scene which shows a middle class girl going out in a party. It can also be for middle-class adult people.

This is an example of a teenagers movie which is about drugs and changes , This movie is more for teenagers to give them a clear idea of what happends if you go into a wider world of drugs and the consequences after this.

This is another but this time is using a male teenager as an example , and the consequences are worse because of the drugs that he is using strong like heroin, He is also a thirteen yars old boy that ends up very bad , is another example to show how vulnerable this age can be.

Asking my friends I could of have a better idea of what they like and how to transmit it , they gave me different ideas that were a bit helpful even though we already had an idea of what we want to do.

The target audience is for 15 to 25 years old persons , mostly middle class and some working class. equal gender male and female.

Our target audience could be BC1C2 which is middle class, lower middle class and skilled working class.

Drugs and their effects

Me and my colegue Veronika are still deciding what drugs should we use , so I made my own research to find out their effects so we can know which one goes better with the effects that we want to transmit to the audience.

We are not planning to use strong drugs like heroin , because in our opinion this drug is for people that are already addicted with less percentage of saving themselfs , but we want to use something that teenagers are easily tented to use like lsd, cocaine , mdma. We really want to show how bad can it be for a girl to use drugs and after go home alone.

I will put up all the effects of each drugs that I think we should use , and you are more than welcome to give us some feedback with your opinion :)

We want to use this drug and another , that means that she will mix and she will have allusinations. We want to show that to the audience through our editing.

feedback preliminary task

Today all the class decided to look at all the preliminaries and give them a feedback. In my opinion that was very helpful because like this we can have many opinions of what we have not done good and why , there is always some mistakes that most of the times we do not see and as a audience my class were very helpful .
Abut other preliminaries I tried to be very realistic , everyone accepted the bad a the good news even though sometimes we had some arguments because we were not agree , but at the end of the hour we all were agree with what was not good and what should be changing.
I really enjoyed today , I would also like to thank everyone for their feedback and I will take all their advices as something useful .
